Home Town is worst element in FutureGroup. I ordered my Sofa Set on 20th September. The delivery was promised on 2nd October. They failed to meet the deadline. Moreover the response of these guys are like they are doing some kind of favor to us by selling furniture. In this world of competition and providing better services to consumers, HomeTown Noida is simply fooling the customers. They are highly unprofessional people with full of false commitments. I had to give them 1 star rating but actually it is not worth even a single star. Please avoid and stay away from them at all costs.
My order still remains non deliverable and I think it would remain so for sometime.
