I have visited hometown, Amanora town centre, Pune many times with a very poor experience. The staff, if any, in the crockery, cutlery section is unhelpful - they do not attend at all, are not knowledgeable about displayed products.
They have a couldn’t-care-less attitude (like in a govt store).
interior design desk is inexperienced - I paid 1500/- last year for their home visit but the suggestions they gave for my house to be renovated were pathetic.
