Worst services and fake commitments

I had booked Homelane Noida team for my flat interior in 17 Oct 2018 with 10% payment in Diwali Offer. Team informed me that you will have assured gift from Homelane and we will have 45 days guarantee installation, if not then we will pay per day fine as 1000/-. But it took approximately 120 days in design finalisation because your interior designer was ill for two months. She came back and went Bangkok for holidays in January 2019. I did more 40% payment on 21 Feb 2019.

I faced problems due to your project manager(Mr Vaibhav), designer and Marketing person.

Project manager(Mr Vaibhav)-

He and his engineering team had wrongly measurements of kitchen, due to this they asked to buy more material for kitchen:

> Kitchen Counter base > Stone wasted= 54 square/feet= 10, 400 /-

> Above Stone Delivery charge= 2000/-

When installation was done then Kitchen base counter was coming out. They blamed me that it is not Homelane scope. Homelane engineers had done wrongly measurements for kitchen or manufacturing team had wrongly manufacturing. How it is my issue? How it will be in my scope? Homelane Measured and I paid.

While day-2 meeting, he told me that they will cover all switches, those will be hidden beyond the bed head. When designing completed, if found that they did not hide it. Your manager and designer forgot everything and told me we did not have this discussion.

Designer -

While designing my flat interior, I asked her many times to share rough designs, she had never shared. She used to say that she would send by tonight. That tonight never came. She has very much work. She took 120+days to design.

When she was designing wardrobes then she told me that Home lane has 4 inch solid base. I confirmed many times, she said yes. If she could confirm me that homelane has 4 inch base as empty then it can be usable. But what I found that 9-10 inch space wasted of my wardrobe. When installation time I found that it is empty. I was very disappointed what the hell, I have hired.

Marketing/Sale person in Noida office-

While booking homelane, he told me that I will assured gift of amazon echo bluetooth speaker in Diwali offer. I have never received it.

Delivery will be in 45 days. But it took 233 days(Approx. 8 months) final sign-off.

While Installation -

—> Due to designer’s wrong information for wardrobe 4 inch base, It was delayed 2-3 days. And for extending fire extinguisher, it has delay of some days.

— > When I raised issue to higher authorities they said that snags are not part of 45 day delivery? Did I create those snags? It is not mentioned anywhere that snags will not cover under 45 days delivery. Did 45 days delivery means wrongly installation? I asked same questions of you NCR head. He never replied. I am very much disappointed by the services of Homelane. I am feeling looted by Homelane in term of quality(Kitchen has manufacturing issues and alignment issues) and commitments.

Just think, if you have to attend a marriage party or your brother and the tailor says, he will delivery before. On marriage day you found that it will take couples of day more to fix/sew. How will you react? If tailor say, sorry for inconvince, sorry for delay, we are working. Will it work for you?
