This online shopping portal always send defective units I have purchased two items 1.beetle 2.1 speakers and a pen drive in which one of the channel was not in working condition same with pendrive I ordered 16gb pendrive but the total space was about some 120kb so guys never ever prefer homeshop 18 for online shopping. When I call customer service for support they simply said go to service center there u can exchange your product. I dont think this is the way they should respond after deliver of defective product
