Imagine yourself living in US and wanting to send some birthday present to your beloved niece in India. You select happily a TV Video Game and a Remote control Car from HomeShop18.
And when you are waiting a thankyou call from back home you receive a call from your beloved niece saying " The car tyres are twisted and Video game is not working either" . My personal question to you Mr. Sandeep: How would you feel then? Would you not consider to sue Homeshop18 or kill either yourself or the owner.
Over and above when you call the customtakeoutercare, Mr Karan Sharma, supervisor customtakeoutercare, says nothing can be done and do whatever you want. Go to court go to Consumer Forum.
Such a bad experience I had with your company, I cant explain in words.
