I would like to say HS18 lost my trust

HS 18 was very good. I am regular customer. I was always praising  to others. I gave many costumers to HS18 because I trust them.  But now I would like to say HS18 lost my trust because I purchased datawind tablet for my frie4nd by order id 964740281 on 15 Feb 2015.


Got delivery on 18th Feb. My Friend  Got USED PRODUCT. I was not present so he did not disturb me. He met me on 23rd Feb tablet was dead. HS did not co-operate well. Service center did not treated well. service center will give handset after 60 days or more. So me and My friends decided that no any purchase from HS18. Today 1st May 15 I am editing review that I did not get my handset yet.from Datawind service center
