Customer care is very bad in homeshop18

Below is my complain written to HS18 but there is no solution provide by them even after one month and in meanwhile I also written about 20 times more to them but always there is always a irresponsible ans received mentioning that warranty may be availed even warranty seal on product get torn and damaged. Now dear consumers you can understand the kind of cheating they are doing with me. Now keep yourself alert from Homeshop18 and I personally advise you to avoid Homeshop18 to purchase.


"Dear HS18,  I have received my product and I found that the warranty seal on the product is torn and there is no seal on the carton of the Philips packing but that may be OK if at least warranty seal in good condition is present on the product but it is also torn from side and looks like opened and tried to replace the seal. In such condition the Philips service center will definitely refuse to give warranty. Beside this, there is no VAT paid bill is provided to claim warranty. Kindly see this serious matter on priority. I have purchased it due to good price but that do not mean to you to provide my warranty less product. Kindly either replace it or refund that amount by reverse pick"
