Home shop 18.com shopping site is very worst when I saw in t.v advertisement I ordered mobile and it’s is very too bad and it is useless product , I wanted to return the mobile but they were not accepted by telling no return option I was really badly hurt from this.
There is no proper customer service and they provide good service to the customers.
The product is quality is very poor , advertisement in the t.v is given false as there is no such qualities in the product as it mentioned in the t.v when the product is delivered I came to know the reality of the homeshop18.
The product information given in the website is full fake there is no real description of the product.
