Hi also had a very bad experience..
I have placed and order for nokia slider 7230 phone on 27-sep-2011 ORDER NUMBER :-906263477
. today I got the order...every detail thatis order no and all is correct except the phone which is NOT 7230
the mobile I got is nokia 2730c inside the box. over the box it is writtem nokia 7230
this was my first buy from home shop 18 and in first attempt only I got such a expeience the mobile I got cost Rs 3400 /-in market ..that is I lost 1400/-(i paid 4800/-) rupees
the lady on ur complaint number 01204455918 mobile number said the courier the order back and they will refund the money!
Now if homeshop18 did SUCH A FRAUD by givein cheap mobile phone and bad quality then what is the proof that they will refund my money back.if I courier my product back. now this is disgusting ......i wud strongly NOT recommend homeshop18
