I m one of a customer who purchase a product and with we found a gift coupons with min off of 2000 and we think buying a product is waste of time but these kind of coupons are really bullshit and don’t purchase with out reviews on the site .Its a worst shopping site in the whole shopping lines. Completely agree with you. Very bad experience with the refund policy and even the customer service is worst. would not recommend any body to do shopping from homeshop18.
I would definitely suggest no one should go for home shop18 for shopping, the customer care is very pathetic, the promises which are made during shopping were never kept. They always cheat the products are bad and broken or defective. you wish to return them, you cant because the customer care team wont share the address on which you need to ship the products. Once you do manage to ship the products back, kiss you refund money goodbye. you can call or write or shout or fight . Do what you may . The customer care team is least bothered and they dont give a damn about you . No one will call back nor will you ever get your money back
