I ALWAYS watched HS18 ads on TV & would get mesmerized by the awesome products. So I ran into the online shopping website whilst browsing and didnt know you could order online until recently. I ordered a pair of F3 gold sandals in my size.
After 4-5 days, I received the parcel. Wrong color, wrong size & shabby packaging. Called the CC. Informed them, but they said it was out of stock but it wasnt mentioned on the website at all. The pick up took 2-3 days.
Refund took a lot of time, almost 16 days. They sent me a cheque. Which I myself had to go and deposit in the bank. It got cleared after a week!
I feel really bad because this was not a bad experience but a stressful one, since I really wanted those shoes & they were out of stock.:(
