Tag Line: Never buy anything from Homeshop18. They will make your sopping horrible.
As I see few feedbacks which are good in thier website, this is because they only publish the best feedbacks they have got. But coming to my experience it is worst. Homeshop18 is a unreliable e-Commerce website and once the product is sold they don’t even care to resolve the issue. I bet Homeshop18 that they wont publish this in their website but I can still publish this in other forums about their service. I received a faulty Nokia mobile and Homeshop18 is not ready to replace it but they insist us to follow with Nokia care to get it fixed. It is 5 minutes used phone and now they say Nokia will be resolving the issue and Homeshop18 is not responsible for fixing the issue. I would never recommend Homeshop18 and please dont buy anything from them.
If we buy from normal stores I guess if it doesnot work after using it for 5 min they will immediately replace it instead of asking us to go to Nokia care to fix it. I guess they send it through post and sell it for little bit cheap because they might buy the faulty pieces from grey market.
