I purchased a Klassic Vimal Induction Based Cookware Set 7 Pcs


My order No. was 936669805


Homeshop18 mentioned in their website that the product carries a manufacturer warranty of one year.


I found a hair crack in one item(Sauce pan). Though the replacement period of 48 hours were over, I reported the complaint to Homeshop18. They should have given some solution or way to avail any Manufacturer’s Warranty. The quality of the material is very poor and similar as being given by the roadside vendors who exchange utensils in lieu of old cloths.


At least the Homeshop18 should have referred the matter to manufacturer to give manufacturer warranty. Homeshop18 refused to do anything and simply said sorry


It was my first experience with Homeshop18.


I am feeling being cheated and extremely disappointed.
