Homeshope18 is very famous shopping site these days.I was watching their product its available with heavy discount.Its about my peranal experience when I ordered a product from them.
The delivery date was delayed up to two weeks for which no information was provided to me when I call customer service they dont give me satisfied answer to me just disconnect call by saying ur order is under process.
Micromax unite 2 mobile was my ordered product after one month I get my order but it makes me sad cus it was a defective one.
I tried to establish communication so many times through email and phonecall too but they didn’t answer cus of deadline.Later after a month of complains they refuse to accept so please dont buy products from homeshop 18.its fake company and they send low quality products so be carefully.
