I have purchased the jewelry combo from homeshop 18. its been very bad in quality as few pieces of them are broken and when I asked for the refund of money its been very lengthy and troublesome process of it. so don’t go for it. Its better to go for other online portal then the homeshop 18 as its bad for quality and customer support.
Instead I would recomment buying from Internet online stores e.g. https://Flipkart.com, https://snapdeal.com, https://amazon.in* at least you have security that product will be definitely replaced or money would be refunded. There is never so much argument on refund or replacement.
