I bought ’Astothram 108 Sliver flowers’ from Homeshop18 on 5th Sept 2013. Generally I read Mouthshut reviews before purchasing anything. Even though I have seen poor reviews about Homeshop18 delivery time and customer care I have ordered this product because it is unique [ model] from other shopping website.
The item that has been show in the website is Sliver flowers with red bead inside. 108 silver flowers product is available in many websites for lesser price but they are not coming with red bead inside.So I ordered it from Homeshop18 [ During the order time I prepared myself for late delivery].because of my early preparation I have not called customer care in last 10 days, to my surprise they deliver the product on promised date [16 SEP 2013]
And the worst part is the item which they have shown in website and the item delivered is completely different. And the delivered item is available in other websites for less price[ 250 rupees less]. I called customer care more than 100 times for asking this. but no one is answering the call.
Please be careful while ordering any product from homeshop18. Don’t become fool like me :(
