The 1st I heard in my life online shopping is Homeshop 18 but from then to now Situations totally changes, its now in line of dying. Homeshop18 is not well know to all because it low market.
It sold all the product at higher prices then any other online shopping site .
Last year my mother bought one mobile phone which cost 8000rs in Homeshop, without asking me, When I search the mobile phone fare cost in another site, then I realise it cost more than 1000rs.
Customer Service:
Not well answered any question and also they dont response well.
Product Quality:
All oudated is sell in this site, please dont go for any new product launch by this company.
Deliver time:
It takes more than 10 days to deliver ant item.
App& Website:
All are dying, all are of no use.
Reliability:
No use of this Shopping site .
