I have purchased In pro electric Tandoor worth Rs 2500 from home shop 18, after paying online I waited for 15 days to get product delivered. In account settings it was showing that product is already delieverd, but which never came.
After 6 days of tie up finally I got my product through GATI. I was shocked to see that product was defected and was of low quality. Specifications didnt match the one given on site. I decided to return the product. Initially homeshop18 customer care told me that I need to courier it back by myself but later on they send their person to pick product. Now even after one month of sending product I am not getting any revret on product. I get following email after every 2 days

When I tried calling them I was being told that they have not received my product yet. I am totally in a state of shock and feeling cheated and dont know how to resolve this issue.
Please suggest what can be done.?
