Homeshop18 is the worst site for buying clothes. I ordered 2 T shirts suborder 78974165, 78974163. AND Guess what. they sent both the tshirt wrong. Other problem is even though it was from the same vendor, they sent it in different parcel. So when I complaint, they arranged reverse pickup. But they didn’t informed they will be arranging reverse pick up individually. So I sent both the Tshirt in same reverse pick up and immediately called customer care and informed and emailed them also. But they sent only one tshirt and again wrong. And after 20 days they are calling and saying that they received only one tshirt and saying I will not get any replacement. So even though I paid for the Tshirt, I am not getting it. And main problem is they dont even bother what customer has ordered and will randomly send anything. SO BEWARE BEFORE BUYING CLOTHES FROM HOMESHOP. Better Say It F***SHOP!
There are lots of genuine and good websites to buy clothes... snapdeal, myntra, yebhi, flipkart. But think thousand times before you shop cloths from Homeshop. No correct product, No Replacement. No Customer Service
