No doubt HomeShop18 has good product at reasonable price but the service like the packing and the delivery schedule they had is very bad or I can say its worst. If you order any product, then don’t aspect that the you will get the ordered product on same time that they show on screen u will definitely get a this msg after 4-5 days of order date "sorry ur order has been delayed and it will delivered within 2-3 working days.
If you are planning to order any gift then you should order it 15 days before. I had faced such kind of problems couple of times.
