NEVER BUY FROM THEM - I do most of my shopping online, but for the first time I am regretting my decision. It is also the first time I bought from these cheats! I bought a poker set(Order number 908914253) and prepaid with my credit card. The quality of the set is extremely poor - the chips are made of very cheap plastic and the paint is already coming off.
The worst part is the attitude of the customer service at homeshop18! Apparently, they are in the business of cheating customers by selling them inferior quality products and then forcing them to keep the product. They will not accept the return even though I haven’t opened any packaging! This is extremely contrary to the entire concept of selling online - how can a customer be forced to keep a product that they are not happy with. I am amazed at their pathetic service - down with homeshop18 - I doubt this website will survive the competition with such unscrupulous policies!
Thanks to ICICI, my credit card company - who are raising the dispute with these cheats!
