Charged but Product Not Deliverd Under Express Del

Listed below is the mail that I sent to Customer Care of HomeShop18. They failed to deliver a product ordered under Express Delivery:


Hi,


I selected a Valentine Hamper by clicking on the Express Delivery Section on your website on the night of 13 Feb. My Order ID is 700143131. According to your claims, the Product should have been delivered on 14th Feb 2008. It was not. Today it is 15th and the product has not yet been delivered.


It is understandable that being in the Online Shopping Business, some products may not be delivered on time. For this reason, to Track my Order and to confirm whether my Order will be delivered or Not, I called your call center on 14th Feb many times, however everyone at the call center was at loss and not able to provide any information. Same thing happened on 15th Feb.


This shows a total failure of your logistics, procurement and service department and for this same very reason your Company is not fit to run the Online Shopping Business.
