Yes I really very dissapointed from Homeshop18. I order a pair shoe from HomeShop18. They message me that your order will be delivered within 7 days. I was excited to see my order because I get good discount from them. After 7 days I didn’t received my ordered. I contacted the customer care they said there is delay from the warehouse, we are working to deliver your item ASAP.
Then after 5-6 days they delivered my ordered. When I used that shoe regularly, It started folding upwards from the front, And within 20 days cracks started growing on the front part of the shoe. When I complaint about that they said It is not there fault and exchange could be done.
They delivered me the duplicate item. So don’t go for heavy discount on Homeshop18 they will deliver duplicate item.
