Unsatisfied with the service

This is chhaya, I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided to me representative. I have ordered 3 Readymade Mafatlal shirts - L  size on 28th August and the same delivered on 1st Sept. The problem is that I ordered that shirt to my friend as a gift and for an emergency he was out of city, yesterday on 6th sept he went to home and try that shirt and the size is too long.


I am aware that the replacement policy is under 48 hours. But what if we gift the product to someone and he is not in city to try it out. If you check my order history, I have ordered 3-4 products from homeshop 18. I was the loyal customer of this site but now they are not ready to listen my consern. What should I do with that product now, Am I wasted my amount.
