Worst online shopping experience till now. HomeShop18 seems to be swindling customers with defective products and no refunds/replacement.
Ordered a product during Dusherra. My first from HS18. Was a gift for my mother.
The product was found to be defective and we registered a complaint within the first half an hour of receiving it. Company policy for the same is 48 hrs.
Asked for replacement. It has been more than a month now. Nobody from HS18 seems to care that the product has to replaced. They initiate the process and again it is reset. The executives told us to have the product ready for reverse pick. According to instructions given we have already packed the product with applications filled in for reverse pick up.
Now after a month has passed, we are told that no reverse pick up will be done from the address. They have asked to initiate the process from our side. Told us that once the product is received they will initiate the refund process.
-No point trusting them now. Will take back the product and still not refund the money.
-Serious lack of professionalism
-No way of tracking the complaint.
Seriously ppl, pls dont buy from HS18 if you want to avoid a headache.
