Dear friends and readers its about a year back that I was looking for buying a camera for car .so I was searching it online and after looking lot of products on various sites and comparing prices of various brands and evaluating their specifications I came across a camera with small LCD screen in which data can be stored in memory card which can be viewed again on mobile, desktop or laptop . as the price was very attractive I book it and it was on homeshop 18 . after 4 or 5 days I receive from home shop 18 and a girl asked me sir have you order any cam and I reply yes I have ordered a camera with LCD SCREEN for car then she reply that sir your order girl who was employed there only and she has now resigned and as of some problem your product was not dispatched so I would like to know sir do you need it now also and shall we book again and I answered them yes please do it and please make it deliver quickly as you have already wasted 5 days she said ok sir I am booking your order and I will make sure it is deliver to you at earliest. after 6 days I get another call from home shop 18 and she told me that she is calling from homeshop 18 and the order I have placed was packed and was out for delivery but due to some fault of their employee it was not dispatched and they found it now and that will I like to buy it now and shall she deliver it now and though I was very annoyed and angry I anyhow control my anger and replied her yes madam I need it and they shall deliver it now and she said sir we are very sorry for delay and she will make sure this time personally that it is delivered on time . after a week I again get a call from homeshop 18 and before she would say that sir as of some problem you order could not be delivered and shall I need it now and shall she book it and I said all these to her but she then say sir no sir this time I didn’t call for this and she call this time to tell that my order of camera could not be delivered now as their employee by mistake has delivered product to someone else who also have booked the same order and when I say them that they should deliver another 1 they replied that its not their in stock and it will not be available in future with them and if it will be available they can not tell when exactly when it will be available so the order I booked almost a month or more than before it can not be delivered to me . I was so much annoyed and angry and as she was a female and as I respect a women I asked her to connect me to any senior employee who is male and I was shocked from reply that their are 2 girls who are employed their and their is no one else . so I politely reply her that madam thanks a lot for your timely and quick delivery of product and she hangup the phone . so friends be careful nexttime when you order online may be just a single person may be managing whole company and may you have to loose your money for ordering from them . thanks
