I ordered Philips 1632. The product delivered was faulty. I registered a complaint. I had been made all false promises that they will look into the matter and will sort out the problem. Nobody responded back. I kept calling them for 5 continuous days and at last I was told to contact Philips, since I had crossed the deadline of registering the complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
I am not questioning the policy but why didnt they tell me all this on the first day itself. The customer care people are themselves unaware of the policies and expect us to know everything!! I highly recommend not to use this website. They sell faulty products and are least bothered about customer satisfaction.
