Product Quality and Support Quality Degraded latel

Homeshope18 used to be really good a couple of months back. Bought lot of stuff, from kitchen products to apparels. and had a really good experience, but lately they’ve started messing up with orders, or may be they are unable to manage such a huge list of orders.


I’ve been using them since 2012 and had no issues at all, but lately their support, responses, timeliness all has gone for the toss. They’ve even started applying delivery charges.


And their responses are so cold you ask for anything, they’ll simply say, sir that is how it is. I ordered something, they delivered something very coldly said sir, it’ll take 12 days to replace. First we’ll collect, check and then deliver the replaced product, it just hate this man
