HOME SHOP 18 FRAUD DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

I’ve been sent a defective phone, one that I paid around 14000 for, same that i’d pay to a dealer. I just wanted someone to bring it home so I decided to do it online. I’ve ordered stuff online from other companies before and its always fine. First time with Home Shop 18.


Now, they’ve sent me a defective Blackberry that I can do nothing about because the home screen doesn’t display. I can’t use all the applications. Also, on top of that, they’ve sent a color ACCORDING TO THEIR CHOICE. On the picture, its black, but hey! what color you might get, no one knows. Home shop decides that for you because They are god, and you’re slave. You pay them and they do you a favor. That’s how they made me feel when I called in saying I didn’t get the right color.


You know what home shop, everyone works hard for their cash, and for you to take it away like that, as you have for many others that I’ve read the review for, man, MAY god bless you. I don’t think you’ll live long enough coz your service sucks!


Also, I want my hard earned cash back dammit. If you’re gonna send defective things, you should be selling on the streets not on the internet.


when I first called before placing the order, they said Mam this is real blackberry. Then when I call in and say I got the wrong color, the woman says "oh if you wanted a particular color you should have bought it from blackberry directly, this is home shop 18". WTF. like you did me some favor?? you know you get it for the same price from the dealer right?


and i’d rather pay extra money just to ensure that I’m getting a perfect product, not one that’s defective and stuck on a screen I can’t even move.


They made me cry on the phone, the guy said fine mam we’ll replace it the service center has to just has to call you with the details on how to do that. The service center never called me back I kept calling and calling and calling. and they said finally, You’re lying, its not defective. How would you know?? you never even replaced the phone for me!


They literally made me cry over the phone, refuse to return it and called me a liar to my face. First promised to return it I had been running after them for 3 days, nothing. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM! I burnt my hands.


The manager told me to go ahead and buy a new phone from somewhere else. I bought it. Now I’ve spent 28000 for a phone that should only be 14000. LIARS and I hope GOD TAKES AWAY EVERYTHING FROM THEM. I never say anything bad about anyone but for them, I really do wish so.
