I Didn’t get the item as per site’s listing. Even delivery time was changed after I placed order, they took like 7 days to deliver a container. After delivery shocked to see a complete wrong product, Ordered for 8Ltr Lock & Lock container with handle, got 6Ltr container with no handle & looks cheap.
After a lot of fuss, I settled down for this product since Homeshop18 doesn’t have pickup courier service & I didn’t have time to go & courier at my expense & time. Finally they offered me a Rs. 300 credit which I refused & asked for online transfer, instead they sent me a cheque (can you believe it)? I had to go all the way to bank to deposit that Rs. 300 cheque.
If you don’t want a headache, please go to some other sites like Flipkart.com, they are the best, I simply love them....(HS18...you gotta be kidding me)!
