Today I am going to share my personal experience with Homeshop 18.
In 2013 I purchased karbon A 26 from Homeshop 18, and it was worst experience in online shopping. They ask to pay via debit card and I paid after that they took 20 days to reach order my home. No no they did not come to my home I went to their courier partner office they track my order and said every morning your package is going to Kanpur and every evening reaching Delhi. Their courier partners were not able to find Rampur between Delhi to Kanpur.
After 20 days I got my package and when I opened box screen was broken. I complained at the same time but no reply got from Homeshop 18.
