Hello members I, on the other hand am a loyal customer of HS18 for over a year now, brought from clothes to jewellery, mobile to skincare products, I order at least 2-3 times per month and never disappointed. All products are genuine and seal-packed with no defects so far. I always order COD and the products reaches on time with regular messages to update me with order status. Helpful customer care. Variety of discounts availed and coupons received and used. The return/refund policy didn’t include reverse pickup for my postal area until recently a few weeks ago. eCommerce is good, but it should be limited. -Always try to use cash on delivery offer. -Always check your product whether it is as per your order and good condition before you pay, thereby you can save lot of your precious time . -Try to reduce buying electronic items and if you are going buy, don’t accept it, if it does not contain warranty document. -Most of the people are saying they got poor quality of watches, sandals, boots.
I do not know how can a company be so late . I even recieved an order confirmation but not my products . This is my worst online shopping experience and I will make sure that I never purchase any item from homeshop18 . I recommend you not to shop from here you will only end up disappointing yourself. They fool thir customers .They just want to make money .They take they consumers so lightly and think that we would ignore this but no, it is time take actions against such companies . They not only waste our time but also money . They could have easily told us if there was some problem and we could have purchase from somewhere else. I had tried ordering the same product from Indiatimes Shopping but after waiting for an entire week and still no commitment on delivery I cancelled that order. All in all I am satisfied with the product since I got this at the cheapest price possible and within 3 business days. I was highly impressed that they have a check in place for high value transactions as well as the fact that they assigned a relationship manager to my case. My only criticism for them is that their relationship manager is pretty much unreachable on phone and the normal customer care line is unable to help you except register a ticket. Thank you
