I call there support on daily basis as I want to get that order before diwali and as per them on 6th nov we shipped your order and you are going to get you order before siwali sir. I was very very happy.. But I think they made me fool.. As I have friends in USA and I told them India have great service friends now I am going to get my first online shopping parcel before diwali in 5-7 days.. and they said that is not possible because INDIA never changed and I fight with them please dont use such as those words about my land.
Home shop 18 have 247 T.V channel And they are providing nice deals and I got one. but after few day on 8 th nov I call them again and I want to ask my shipping progress and they said to me you are gong to get your order through our agent as we dont have products in house we are sending products through AGENTS I said ok just send me. and I waited a lot before Diwali and after Diwali and yesterday I got message through phone we are going to refund you amount just 10-12 day WT .. so I just realize my all friends are right Indian service suc*s never changed and they prove .. I am jsut thinking if I want to order something I just needs 5 min and for delivery 10-15 days and for refund 10-12 days .. so IT IS BETTER TO GET THING FROM LOCAL MARKET.
SO HOMESHOP18 IS INDIA’S OR WORLDS NO 1 WORST COMPANY TO DELIVER THINGS OR I THINK ONE DAY I AM GOING TO SEE IN NEWS PAPER THAT COMPANY RIPPED MILLION PEOPLE AND RAN AWAY WITH BILLION RUPEES.
SO PLEASE DONT EVERY TRIED TO BUY ONLINE OR TAKE YOU OWN RISK.
