PATHETIC

MY ORDER NO. 918744255, did get the product late that too in a damaged condition and what was shown in the picture it was different  when we received.


Now the worst thing begins called up and did lodge a complain (76626293) on 23rd of Nov. 2012, their courier person took it away and I was told will get the refund by 1st of Dec. as I did not get the refund. 2nd complain on 14/12 (76626293) again was told will get my refund within 5 working days. Still not over it goes on  as I did not get the refund I called them up on 26th of Dec and now I was informed that if I do not provide them with some details they are not giving the refund THAT WAS REALLY GREAT TO HEAR FROM HOME SHOP 18 PEOPLE..if this was the case why didn’t they tell me on the first day itself.


THE BEST THING THE PRODUCT IS WITH THEM AND AS WELL AS THE MONEY AS I MADE PAYMENT THROUGH A CARD.. now what do I do...guys please do not take any thing from HOME SHOP 18.
