I had Ordered Laptop from HomeShop18 on 07 Dec 2012. It was written on the product description page that the product will gets delivered in 7-8 working days.
I had multiples communications with HS18 via:-
Customer Care
Online tickets
Relationship Manager
But they didn’t shipped the product till 15 Dec 2012(i.e. 8 days after the order placement)
I have used many eCommerce sites ebay/flipkart/indiatimes many more, they all sent their even very non-expansive products(100-200 rupees) via express delivery. Through these sites I got the delivery in max 3 days.
But the great HS18 has sent the laptop via ground courier from Bangalore to Delhi, and now courier company is saying that the product will be delivered by on 24 Dec 2012(17 days after order placement).
So fellow online shoppers, I just wanted to share my HomeShop18 shopping experience with you all, my just 2 cents buy expansive products from HomeShop18 only if you can wait months for your product to be delivered.
Still waiting for my laptop.
