Homeshop18 is Literally A Sad Joke

Extremely disappointing experience. In fact I have taken a pledge to never even visit the website of Homeshop18 again in my whole life. I ordered birthday gift flowers for my relative on 23rd aug morning 9 am as it was her birthday. Order number 929467625. I had mentioned delivery date of 23rd Aug. Till 3 pm it wasn’t delivered. I checked and I was told it will be done by 5 pm.


It didn’t happen. I called again at 6 pm and requested them to call my relative and check with her. They made some complaint number 85621893. I checked again at 8 pm and can you imagine what did they say! They said you will be updated by 26th Aug. I said the birthday is today.


But they didn’t have any answer. After that I requested them to cancel my order to which they said cancel request has been forwarded to the concerned department. God knows how are they working!! All I know is that they ruined my plan completely and ate up the money.

When I posted my experience on Facebook, someone from Homeshop18 called me today (24th aug) morning telling me that they will call my relative and also cancel my order. So my relative got a call from them and guess what did they have to tell her -- ’Mam, the order was not for yesterday but it was scheduled for today i.e. 24th Aug.


I had clearly mentioned in my order 929467625 that it was to be delivered on 23rd Aug. Also I had clearly told their customer ’’care’’ that you have to deliver on 23rd as that’s the birthday to which the customer ’’care" had said of course it will be delivered on 23rd. Now what I am not able to understand is that what was the morning call for?


They have still not cancelled my order and are trying make a false case so that they can prove that this order cannot be cancelled. So be it! Take that money and buy some flowers from my side. Its a birthday gift from me to Homeshop18. Thanks for the experience!
