We kept watching Homeshop 18 channel and felt it was a good website to try out. Hence, we bought few utensils from Homeshop 18 and it was delivered on time however, the utensils were damaged and handles of few utensils were missing too.
After having conversations with number of call center executives finally had a word with one of the managers and again we had to revise the whole story to get it resolved.
We spent a lot on our outgoing calls and had to waste a lot of our time and energy to get it resolved.
We received new set of utensils after few weeks huh then we never tried again Homeshop 18 again.
