I ordered a citrus juicer and some Tupperware was free with it. They delivered the juicer in 10 days, but didn’t ship the Tupperware. Next day I called the customer care and filed a complaint. She said, it would be resolved in 3 workings days. I didn’t get any response for the next 10 days.
Again I called the customer care, then she again filed a complaint and said this time it would really be resolved 3 working day. But this time, they did another fraud, after 7 days they sent me a message that your order no. XXXXXXX has been delivered and received by self. But they didn’t deliver anything to us.
