I ordered a microwave [IFB-25BC3] through HomeShop18 website. [Order Id: 927455139].
This product has been delivered and we kept it pack and call for demo. IFB engineer came to demonstrate the product; he opened the pack and made it ready for use.
But product wasn’t powered On.
IFB person struggled for 30 minutes with this machine; open it do something and made it On by anyway. He demonstrated the product and left. But when we try to plug-in and power-on; this product did not turn On.
We called HS18 customer care and logged a ticket. They advised to call IFB. Problem logged to IFB. HS18 person said that it is IFB product and they only provide support. HS18 does not responsible for this.
I bought a product from HS18 than how come they are not responsible for faulty product delivery?
The response from HS18 is like that they made their commission by selling one product and they washed their hand. Whether product is faulty / non-functioning it does not matter to HS18. Learning from this accident is
Do not buy appliances kind of things online. If you really want to buy online; go to manufacturer website directly not via commission agent like HS18.
