Pathetic Customer Support

I had ordered one item(Order No-938706735 Dated 10th Feb-14) through HS18 on line shopping & paid Rs 5, 900 vide my credit card. I got a email confirmation from them regarding the shipment having been sent on 10th Feb-14(RED Express courier, AWB-26252).


When I did not receive the consignment even on 17th Feb-14, I tried to track the same on RED Express website. I was shocked to know that this AWB number referred to a one year old shipment dated Feb-2013. I immediately contacted their customer service & was told that it will be received by me in next 48 hrs. The same response is repeating for the last five days till today.


One Mr Vishal Malhotra of their customer team sent email(which appeared to be an auto generated mail) with standard language to pacify a complainant. He has given his contact number which gets disconnected on dialing his extn. I requested him to call me up but he has not obliged. I am sure they have no clue of my case.


I am preparing to sue them shortly.
