on this deepawali 2014 my wife ordered a Spice handset seeing the attractive features and offers but to our surprise the handset delivered to us was faulty, not working at all and when we called back for cash back, the response we received was pathetic,
My wife fotill one month d with customer care till one month, they didnt turned out and later we started getting calls that homeshop18 guy would come and pick the phone in packed condition, verify the ingenuity of the fault then will act as per his verification. Meaning till he finds the ingenuity we are left with no proof that we have given back the handset and no guarantee of cash back also
ultimately didn’t got the required product on time that too on festive season.
