Why it happn.??

I’m complaining about a product that I received from HS18 that was damaged steel product.when I return the product I was charged 400 to ship and company only give only 100 rupee check.even they take 300 rupee to ship me.the problem not end here.


The address they provided for the repacement of the order was wrong. I dispatch two times the product but both time it return to me saying that the address was incorrect.when I called again to HS18 then the agent said that deliver through another company. Means I gain send the product at 500 rupee cost and company give me only 100 rupee and I always keep on.
