I am writing this review keepin in mind to give a warning to the customers who are planning to buy ANY homeshop product!!!
We have been very cleverly cheated by these people! We odered a telescope and peal jwellery combo sets keeping in mind that these product belong to a reputed company and are advertised on a reputed channel so we won’t be cheated. but, the telescope came out to be out of focus and nothing can be seen through it!
The pearl combo set ( JP Jwellers make) was of such low quality that it looked like a very cheap street product. The pearls were very small in size, without a proper shape... and most of the locks of the neclaces were broken!?!? On the advertisment they showed a very high quality sets with AAA fresh water quality! But these are not even worth gifting to anybody!
After the delivery of these products I continuously tried to contact homeshop 18...they gave the service centre number and told us that their courier will take it back and refund the money ...after calling the service centres they directed me from calcutta to bombay to delhi service centres etc. and after having troubled times with them they told me ultimately we dont have any courier service for your place ( patna) ! Again I contacted homeshop 18 , they directed me to service centres and service centres directed me to homeshop 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Previously I was planning to buy more products from them but after such experience I DARE NOT! And I ADVICE OTHER PEOPLE ALSO NOT TO FALL ON THEIR FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS ! My Rs5000 have been already been drowned so I just thought that I have donated them... Let them be happy by cheating their customers and get richer & richer & richer!
