I ordered a reema’s earring for my wife through them.The product was delivered on time but the product was not as shown in their portal(I mean look and quality).Moreover, it was delivered in broken condition too.I wrote this e-mail to them-
Hi This is to let you know that the delivered product against my order is not upto the mark as its being shown in your portal.It is not at all meeting the standards as being claimed through the advertisement from your end.The worst part is that the product cannot be used as it has come in defective, broken condition.I am feeling to be cheated as I have paid you the whole amount in advance still you people have deliberately sent such a degraded , broken material to me.I said deliberate as the material condition should have been seen by your representative while packing it before heading over to the courier. Now, I want my money back. I am really disappointed from your act on this. Regards Subhro.
Till now, I have not received any communication from them.They are a fraud and I have been cheated by them.
