Hs18 is harassing me

I was ordered IN PRO ELECTRIC TANDOOR on 6th of oct. I made payment before delivery on 10th of oct but home shop cancelled my order without any reason. After consulting homeshop officials they demanded payment again. Every day from oct15 I am contacting them for my product but it wasn’t delivered till3rd of nov.


I wanted to gift it to my wife on her birthday but it is too late now. Moreover customer care personnel is also not behaving properly.I will suggest to all of u please dont purchase anything fromhs18 otherwise u will also suffer with mental harassment and feel sorry in front of ur loved ones.
