I have made couple of transaction wid dem and it was damm fast . encouraged by this I did by 3 rd shopping at homeshop18. dat turned to be a nightmare
1)my product status was turned to product delivered to courier within 2 hrs of my order I couldn’t believe dis and ws very happy waiting for shipment details, but nothing happed.
2)2 days later I called customer care to ask what was exactly happening den that person told like item out of stock waiting to procure d item, den I asked why dey have given product status like product handed over to courier "No REPLY."
3)Den I asked dem to cancel my order I was asked to wait for 2 days to get d order cancelled
4)Nothing happened and I called again dey say bla bla bla
5)Spoke to their supervisor(Mr.vishal) he asked me to wait for 24 hrs but nothing happed
6)again I called after a day he is not ready to speak wid me and dey where saying it will take another 48 hrs.
I have given my money to these frauds and liers who do nothing but telling lies.
God only knows wats going to happen, never encourage dese frauds
