First of all, let me tell you I have done a lot of shopping from online sites. This is the first time I got cheated, I never tried homeshop18 but the other day I was browsing for bracelet and decided to browse online so I saw one on hs18 and paid them instantly they delivered me an empty box. As soon as I complaint they told me they will replace my product and I thought they made an honest mistake, but after a week they called me back and said they will have to investigate the whole thing. Since then they are calling me once a week saying they will replace my product, but they don’t.
I bought a 3k bracelet and got an empty box. Its over a month now since this issue has started and they still have done nothing. No replacement, no refund.
HOMESHOP18 IS A FRAUD COMPANY THEY SHOW FAKE STUFF AND JUST ROB YOUR MONEY.
