I had ordered Puma Aron - Red Shoes - Holi Special Hamper - UK 7 + T-Shirt XL on hs18 on 10th March 2013 order no. 923321711. It was delivered in 5 days.When I opened the packet I was surprised to find they had not sent the tee shirts. I immediately lodged a complaint , day after customer care told me It will be delivered in 3-4 days.I called again after 3-4 days. I was told tee shirts are out of stock so they will send Rs.500 coupon.
I told them I don’t want coupon I was promised refund of Rs.500.on 30th March I sent e-mail to which they replied they never promised refund of Rs.500. whatever they sent duffel bag, goggle, etc were old, of very low quality and looking like they got from roadside vendors. Nowadays so many websites have spawned over net like these who are cheating gullible customers.
I am cautioning buyers to think 100 times before buying anything from such websites.
