Can't believe this!!

I bought Best Way air lounge sofa cum bed(order number- 921231105) from Homeshop18 in Jan 2013. I received the product in time and was in good condition. I was happy with the purchase and again after a couple of months, I bought Lumia 720. I started having issues with my Lumia; however, with outstanding attention from Nokia care issues had been resolved. Now there was an issue going on with air lounge sofa cum bed and I called Homeshop18 to get customer care number for manufacturer so I can contact them and get my product repaired.


Instead of providing me any kind of number or address for service store I have been getting only one response from them for last 15 days "We will arrange a call back to provide required information." Even after giving 3 different mobile numbers I have  not received a single call from them. I told them that I am ready to go to the services center and pay for the repair and I am not complaining about the product and still they do not provide me the number or customer care number for the product I bought from them!  I would request that only buy genuine brand products like Nokia, Samsung, LG etc. from this kind of fraud online stores and stay away from unknown brands in order to save yourself from after sales service harassment.
