I purchased a Cannon Digital Camera (Rs 5895) and was offered a free Austin POLO wrist watch worth Rs. 2499. I was surprised when I observed that this is a faulty wrist watch which is not working. What was more surprising was that the homeshope18 people disowned the whole matter and refused to replace the faulty wrist watch as they said that, "they are responsible for the main product and not the freebies". The box of the watch has a number below the bar code which is 800/20120616499.
I have already launched the complain to the customercare@austinpoloclub.in and on the insert they have given 6 months warranty on the product. I request you to kindly look into the issue and replace my wrist watch at the earliest.
